Front Desk

A front desk has been set up on the ground floor of the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Gaibandha to provide easy information and services to the people. The front desk has been renamed as "Citizens Care" with the addition of computers and telephones along with internet facilities to provide fast public services through the front desk. During the office hours from the front desk, under the supervision of an officer, two office assistants are providing various information to the people and assisting them in liaising with different departments. You can also submit any of your applications at the front desk. When visiting our front desk, you can also leave your name and address in the register kept here so that you can be contacted later and given the required information.
