According to the legend of the mosque area, at one time an influential and religious person named Badshah Fakir lived in this area. He established this mosque. The real identities of him and his successor still do not match. In fact, it is not known from any source when the mosque was built. However, based on the construction technique of the mosque and the features of the mosque architecture of the Mughal period, it can be inferred that the Masta Mosque was built at some time during the Mughal period.
